Sorry for the long story, but i am extremely  disappointed in samsung and do not know what to do anymore. Really  eed advice. My wife has a s21. Everyone talking to her on phone complaint they couldn't hear her.  We took it to Rogers, they change the sim but problem wasent resolved. They told us to go to Samsung. Went to Samsung store, they took the phone for diagnostic. They call me next day saying they need a part to fix my phone and won't get it for 2 months, I have to send an email to Samsung telling them I need a phone asap so they can authorize a new phone instead of fixing this one. I did, the store called me back next day and said they accepted it and will send me a new phone within 1-2 weeks. It's been over 3 weeks I still do not have a phone. I talk to Samsung online chat, called them, spoke to Managers and always get the same useless answer. "We are looking into it, I have escalated to highest priority and we will contact you withing 24-48 hours" no one reaches out after 48 hours I call them again  same story. I asked to spoke to manager, she appologizes, and says the exact same thing. I said that's what they told me last time, and no one called, to which she replied I have the case in my hand now, I will personally see to it and call you in 24 to 48 hours ... you guessed it, no email or call back. Spoke to them again, got the exact same treatment. At this point I lost it and let them have it about thier poor and horrible service ... just got a reply saying sorry we are looking into it we will contact in 24 to 48 hours ... after 3 days still no resolution, email, call back ... my wife really can't function without a phone and it's been over 3 weeks.  I really need advice on what to do now. Contact Better Businnes Buereu? Really horrible service, It's a biggest company and close to 2000$ phone. I am paying 70$ for the month without even having the phone. Did not expect this from samsung. I had a Huawei last, it broke, I shipped it for repair, I had it back within 4 days, fixed. Half my house is full of Samsung products, 2 phones, 4 tablets, fridge, TV, stove, washing machine and so on. Never will I ever buy another Samsung product again after this experience.

I echo your pain.. customer service is pathetic... We can't trust Samsung..

I am just signing up after a really long journey and I am finding the service extremely Helpfull. I Think it's going to really help us Oldies SPRING into the Future.

Yeah, if you don't feel that you're getting the support you need from Samsung, BBB, Social Media.. whatever it takes to get attention! 

Hopefully a Samsung Moderator will offer some tangible help! 

Little surprised that a recent device like the S21 needs a hardware part.. I've personally only had one device in about 12 years, that needed parts..

The sad thing is, OP probably spent a couple Grand on the phone... You would expect Samsung to show a little bit more respect to their customers..... that this guy has to post his issues on a forum and Hope at the company he spent thousands of dollars with will do the right thing
