Anybody on Freedom Mobile using S8 or S8+?

Are there any Samsung Members here with S8/S8+ on Freedom Mobile? There was supposed to be a update on July 9th, which arrived to everybody except me. I contacted them multiple times but they have no clue. Is it just me? Anybody on Freedom received it yet?

I normally don't care much about monthly security patches, but it brings a new feature that lets you setup video as lock screen which I've been looking forward to a lot. I'm currently using 3rd party apps for this, but they don't function properly, hangs up or doesn't show in Infinity Screen ratio.

Looks like they skipped the June update and are going straight to July. Hang in there a little bit more!

You could always download the Firmware from sammobile.com - but Freedom doesn't appear on sammobile.com - So you'd have to Flash any of the Canadian Firmware as they are all the same... I know it's a pain - but you can get it right now... The link is for the S8+

I'm on freedom mobile and never got the update yet.

Rogers, Bell, Koodo and everybody else gave the update to S8/S8+ except Freedom then. We're stuck.

So every carrier except Freedom pushed the update. Hold on let me write hate mails to their customer care email

Actually @RichMan - Sammobile.com uses Freedom's old name "Globealive Wind" on their site - So that's the one to Flash with Odin - But by the time it's available on sammobile.com you'll almost certainly have received the OTA.....
Here's a thought - Send Freedom a Tweet @freedommobile and see if they can provide you with some information?
