Anyone having issues with S21 Ultra and Duo?

Seems that the S21 Ultra is heating up quickly when using duo.  Shuts down the.phone after about 5 minutes. 

Anyone else having problem? Have a fix?

I have played intensively with my S21 Ultra last night non-stop as i just got it and testing it out. While i haven't used Duo, it never became hot, not even warm to be honest. I made sure all my apps were updated, updated the phone to last version (there's an update available) and then cleared my cache partition.

yeah, my husband has used his phone constantly but as soon as he uses Duo within 5 mins its over heating
it's all updated

Hi, While charging, the device and the charger may become hot. During wireless charging or fast charging, the device may feel hotter to the touch. This does not affect the device’s lifespan or performance and is in the device’s normal range of operation. If the battery becomes too hot, the charger may stop charging.

My device heating up when using camera. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi Joeljaco, When you use features or apps that require more power or use them for extended periods, your device may temporarily heat up due to increased battery consumption. Also, your device may heat up due to the exterior environment conditions(i.e. using for extended periods in very hot areas, storing device in very cold or very hot temperatures, exposure of the device to direct sunlight. Etc)

I don't agree with this reply, as why it happens with one device than other and both are same time are being used. My friend and me has same S21 phone but mine is burning hot
