& My Telus.

Are all updating automatically when I don't care for a single one of those apps & have them set up so that they remain at factory.  The "update automatically" option is not checked off in Google Play nor is it in Galaxy Store.

I tried posting on the community forums & my thread was fraudulently (I'd say illegal fraud) claimed to have been solved when it repeated the very next day, while I was asleep. With all settings set to not update automatically.  Not to mention Samsung's insulting way of telling me that this isn't bullying when it feels like that to me.  As my apps are being updated against my will & settings.

I want to know how to make it so that the apps listed above NEVER update....ideally I'd want them COMPLETELY REMOVED FROM MY PHONE.

long press the icon of each app, tap app info, then tap disable. this will definitely stop them from updating

Those would need to be stopped in both the play store and Galaxy apps

Hi @FullPhiling!

Sorry to hear that - exactly what phone are you using? If you disabled both the google play store and galaxy store for these apps it should not be auto updating.  Did you go into the app itself in the Play store, hit the three dot icon in the corner, and untoggle Enable auto-update?

Cheers,

Jeremy:)
