Hi uzairm87,

Here are the contents on your phone that support the back up and restore feature and you might not be able to backup everything.

=>Calendar, Contacts, Phone, Clock, Home screen, Apps, Settings, Messages, Music, Voice Recorder, Documents

Hi Samsung_93hpVck, There can be several reasons for the issue. Please follow the below instructions and check if it resolves the issue.

• The battery may be completely discharged. Charge the battery completely before using
the earbuds.
• If an earbud’s touch-sensitive sensor does not make contact with your ear, the earbud
may not work. If you do not hear a sound informing you that the earbuds are detected,
remove the earbuds from your ears and put them in again.
• If the touchpad does not recognize the earbuds or the earbuds do not work, insert the
earbuds into their corresponding slots in the charging case and remove them after seven
seconds or more.

Unlike an iPhone, you can't back up every aspect. Only certain data and settings can be backed up. Don't know why Samsung can't do what Apple does as it world make restoration to a new or replacement/existing phone a **bleep** of a lot easier.

Hi RobertZ,

The content type of the data that can be transferred from a Galaxy device using smart switch includes contacts, schedule, messages, memos/voice memos, photos, videos (DRM free content only), music (DRM free content only), alarms, call history, home/lock screen images, Wi-Fi, documents, email settings, settings, downloaded app installation, app data, and home layouts.

However, we will take this as your feedback. Thanks for the suggestion and have a nice day.

Yes, I know, as I've had Samsung smartphones since the Captivate and have used Kies and and am using Smart Switch. Neither of these Samsung "backup" apps will back up all application data - only data from some applications.

Hi RobertZ,

You are right. Not all the applications can be backed up and only a few applications are supported for backup. I already forwarded your suggestion. Thanks for understanding.
