Galaxy SHi Samsung_JukXvhs, Please elaborate on the issue so that we can assist you better.
If you are trying to connect the Bose Bluetooth speaker to your galaxy device and if it's not connecting you can try the below steps:
1. The devices must be within the Bluetooth connection range (30 feet).
2. Restart your device and Bose Bluetooth speaker.
3. Open Settings >> Connections >> Bluetooth.(Touch the Bluetooth device from the list, and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing. Not all Bluetooth devices appear with a logical name. Some use their MAC address to identify themselves.)
4. If it is not connecting the try to reset settings.
Follow the below steps: Open Settings >> Tap Reset settings >> Review the info then tap Reset settings >> To confirm, review the info then tap Reset.
Note: Performing these steps resets all system settings (e.g. ringtones, sound settings, display settings, etc.) back to their default values. Personal data, such as downloaded apps and media (pictures, videos, music), aren't affected; however, the device automatically restarts in order to apply any changes.
