BestBuy US has an Aura Blue S20+

It looks super amazing. And again we get the worst colours. Cloud Blue is super dull. Here's a pic I stole from Twitter.

Please anyone at Samsung Canada. Can't you give us the good stuff too? You certainly aren't scared of hiking the prices, you really should give us good colour options too.

Actually Cloud Blue looks MUCH nicer IRL than it does in pictures, would definitely recommend seeing it for yourself.

I did. Went to BestBuy to preorder something last week and the S20 lienup was already there as demo units. The Cloud Blue colour was duller than black, which has admittedly a rather nice reflective finish, not unlike the one on my old S7. The Cloud Blue Tab S6 colour was much better. It shifts colour more easily. I'm even going to say that the Cloud Blue S20 looks worse than the A50/A70 black. It tries to emulate their reflectivity but fails miserably due to using some kind of matte, pastel Blue tone.

I was also left predictably unimpressed by the phony zoom capabilities of the S20 lineup. iFixit also confirmed today that the S20 Ultra only has 4x zoom.

Didn't have a chance to try the 120Hz display though. Seemed to be locked at QHD+. I'll try again Friday

You can change it to 1080P and set it to 120 Hz, it's quite smooth lol.

Yeah I was thinking what reason I would have to buy the S20, and I couldn't think of anything... there's nothing that the S20 brings that my S10 can't do.

I'll say that if it's not immediately clear why you should buy something, you shouldn't buy it. I recently bought 1k$ worth of glass as I saw more value and purpose there than in the S20 series compared to my own Note9

Yeah like when I bought my S10 I got an ultra sonic FP sensor, ultra wide lens, and an infinity display. All things that my previous S7 couldn't do :face-with-stuck-out-tongue-and-winking-eye:
