Brief pop up notification not working

On my S24 my brief pop up notifications are not working even if every settings are on !

Hi, Let's try resetting the settings on the device.

From settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings>>Reset settings>>Tap on reset.

Performing reset settings will not delete any data, it just set the settings to default.

Can you post a screen shot of what you see in Notifications? 

Do you see any apps shown in #1? 

Do you have the apps you want Notifications from Toggled ON as in the 2nd screen shot?

Maybe change it from "all apps", to just the important ones you need to see. 

And in this screen shot, they are all Toggled ON?
