Calendar apps duplicating multiple calendars on phone only

Android 14 update duplicated all Microsoft related calendars.

 
After the One UI 6.0, my Samsung calendar app shows 21 duplicate "Canada Holidays Calendars" under my Hotmail account. My device is a Galaxy S23 Ultra. 
 
Under my secondary Outlook email, there are 7 calendars called "Calendar Calendar" and 8 additional "Canada Holidays Calendars". 
 
Then lastly, under my work email which is an Exchange 365 account, I have 13 "Canada Holidays Calendars". 
 
I've logged into Outlook on my desktop and went to Calendars to see if they were showing up there (to delete them) and they are not there. Which means they are likely only showing up on the phone itself. I've also logged into my Google account on my PC and no duplicates are shown there either. 
 
Any suggestions on how to get rid of these? Deleting the calendar cache and data does nothing. And to make it worse, more duplicates seem to get added month after month. 
 
UPDATE #1:
More than a year after creating this post, this issue still exists. At the time of writing this, I had 21 "Canada Holiday Calendars". I now counted 41. 
 
Despite numerous phone updates the problem is unresolved. I'm on the fence about upgrading to the S25 Ultra as part of my hopes that moving to a new device will eliminate this problem. The other part of me feels like "Why would I want to get another Samsung phone that may have the same unresolved problem again"? 
 
The issue isn't on Microsoft's side. The problem is somewhere on Samsung's.
 
Update #2:
After more than a year of no solution or resolution I begrudgingly upgraded to the S25 Ultra. As suspected, the issue no longer exists. Clearly it was a bug introduced from a major update. Not sure if a hard reset would have resolved it, but happy to no longer be dealing with it. 
 
Update #3: 
3 weeks into owning the S25 Ultra I've noticed my calendars are beginning to duplicate AGAIN. So it's clearly not a software bug from a phone update. Because it's already occurring on a new phone that I just bought 3 - 4 weeks ago. This is pathetic.. I reached out to Samsung tech support about this and they remotely connected to my phone. They were unable to fix the problem as well. 
 
This is their advice:
Please raise an error report through Samsung Members application so that our developers team will review the case and get back with an update via email.
1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.
2. Tap OK on agreement popup for sending system log data.
3. Select Symptom category.
4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.

I have the identical problem.  S23.  Three calendars all adding multiple (and multiplying daily) duplicates.

How do we get someone's attention about this?

Same issue in my Samsung S24 ultra. So annoying that SAMSUNG does not pay attention to this, and fails to fix it. This issue has bene persistent for the last 3 months!! Samsung should offer a full refund on their device to me. What a poor service!!!

I've had this issue for over a year. I'm curious if I get a new device if the issue will go away.

It won't go away with a new device. It happened on my S22 last year and now my S24.

Has anybody found a solution to this problem? I have 31 calendars called Calendar Calendar and can't delete the extra 30.

I have same problem, multiple calandar appearing, which is highly annoying. In order to try and work around this I found you an toggle each duplicate off, leaving only one live... Samsung must however resolve this issue as their Calandar App software is obviously at fault and thus unfit for purpose, and will affect their reputation to the extent that people will not trust their software and by definition their phones/tablets too..... ARE YOU LISTENING SAMSUNG, please respond.

This is the third Samsung phone I have had this issue on. I have somewhere around 150-200 duplicate calendars. It is bogging down my phone. I am at the point that I will likely change manufacturers. I have found blogs that indicate this is a long-standing issue for Samsung that they are either ignoring or can't fix. I have an S23 Ultra as well. Love the phone but this is affecting my ability to use my phone for work.
