Camera lens defect S23 Ultra

So i checked my phone this morning and saw a white spot (air bubble ?) on my camera lens. No drops, no scratches ... It was under the glass so clearly a defect. I called Samsung support and was told it was not under warranty as it was physical damage. Me being me, i hopped in my car and was at the Samsung Experience store 40 mins later and demanded for them to show me the physical damage and where it was my fault. Long story short, i walked out of there with a complete brand new glass back... Under warranty of course😉 !

Have no idea, if i pressed on the glass it kind of dissapeared for a few mins then came back. Probably an issue with the adhesive, not sure. I thought they would change just the camera lens but they changed the whole back.

Adhesive/air bubble but hey they fixed it.

As good as new. There's a big difference of dealing with support by phone or chat vs in person. On the phone it wasn't covered and in person, didn't even have to argue. They took care of it right away. My biggest frustration was trying to find a parking spot down town Montréal lol.

There is one on Decarie that's where they fixed my ZF3. The service centers are very good .

Yeah next to the Julep but it's closed on Sundays and i don't have alot of time on weekdays so ended up downtown.
