Camera zoom issue

I am having issues while using zoom.. the picture gets clear and goes off blurry while zooming and trying to focus on an item. Has anyone faces this issues with their new Samsung s 25 ultra phones and what's the necessary support needed to correct it

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with camera focus while zooming on your Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Here are a few steps you can try:

Clean the Camera Lenses. Even small smudges or dust can interfere with focus, especially when zoomed.

Force Close and Reopen the Camera App. Sometimes the app just needs a fresh start.

Turn Off Scene Optimizer (if enabled). Go to Camera > Settings and disable Scene Optimizer, then try again.

Clear Camera App Cache. Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache.

Test in Safe Mode. Reboot your phone in Safe Mode to rule out third-party interference. If the issue stops in Safe Mode, it may be app-related.

If the problem continues after these steps, we recommend visiting anSamsung Authorized  Service Center for a closer inspection.
