Today I got my samsung s21 plus.it's working perfectly but I can't able to sign in to samsung pass.it shows error 162.can anyone suggest me how to fix it.

Try turn off Wifi and use data connection instead?

did you have Samsung pass enabled on your previous device?

Have you logged into your Samsung account on your S21?

That's good, was gonna say because if somebody before has unlocked the bootloader without you knowing that will result in security features to be permanently disabled like nfc secure folder knox and samsung pass.

I think that happened to me. How do you lock bootloader again? Please help.

That is a good suggestion. I know sometimes the wifi will prevent you from setting up Samsung pass. . . For some odd reason
