can't download samsung themes

I'm unable to download any of the themes on the Samsung Themes app... Is there a glitch or something?? Please help. I can download wallpapers and icons no problem...

Do you get an error message of some sort? There's an error related to an accessibility trigger that might be on accidentally just forget what the message is.

No error message, it just doesn't do anything when I click download.

try clearing the cache and data from settings > apps > theme store > storage
