Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet?

Samsung Wallet is accessible by Double Click on the Power Button.

Don't know if Google Wallet can be accessed through the Power Button?

If you actually meant Samsung Wallet, you could try Clearing Cache for Samsung Wallet from Settings > Apps.

You could also try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache there.. see if either of these suggestions works for you?

You can try Uninstalling / Reinstalling Google Wallet. You'll need to verify your account details again.

I have both Samsung Wallet & Google Wallet on my S25 Ultra & Galaxy Watch 7, as I can use my Credit Cards on both, but I need to use Google Wallet for my Debit card.. as for some unknown reason, Samsung Wallet doesn't support Debit Cards.. which makes no sense.

Thank you! Great suggestion. I have tried almost everything. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Cleared cache, removed Samsung Wallet. The last thing I haven't tried is a factory reset. A Reddit post said that fixed it, but a factory reset is my last resort

Really strange..

But before you try a Factory Reset, you could try "Reset All Settings". It's not as drastic as a Factory Reset, but it may fix the problem for you?

You do have Security enabled, ie: PIN, Pattern, Finger Print?

I'm sure that you do, but had to verify, as Payment Apps won't work without Security Enabled.. afaik.

Reset All Settings didn't work. So, I created a backup, excluding Settings. I had to factory reset and then restore back up. Now, I'm able to select Google Wallet as an app for the side button, double press.

Great that you got it sorted, but still strange that it happened..

Hi BlackKat24,

Thanks for the update. Glad to hear that backing up (excluding Settings), doing a factory reset, and restoring your data resolved the issue and allowed you to set Google Wallet for the side button double press again. This will be helpful for other members facing the same problem.
