Cant use Samsung Pay

@Samsung & community please help, I have S22 Ultra on One UI version 5.1, Just changed my region as i moved to a new country were Samsung pay is working, i made sure that play and galaxy store region/country has changed to new country, application is now visible for download on store, but when it starts i face error below "Samsung Pay isnt supported on your phone". tried mobile reset, app removal and reinstallation, clearing cash and data and nothing is working.

Samsung Pay, Now Samsung Wallet will only work on a device that it was originally registered.

You can use Samsung Wallet, anywhere you can use your Debit / Credit cards. 

ie: My device was purchased in Canada and Samsung Wallet was setup here on my Canadian device. I can travel to Europe, Asia etc, and use Samsung Wallet the same as I can use my Cards.

BUT, if I move to another country, and try to register Samsung Wallet with my new SIM card, it will not work.

Thank you for your feedback, yet i couldn't register pay/wallet when i was in my home country as it wasnt available for download on play store so i dont have dual registration. today was my first time to try to register it and its not working while google wallet worked. Hope samsung have a solution for that

What was your home country? 

I don't think that Samsung will have a helpful response for you.. 

Google Pay may be your only option.

Hi, as said by RedDogRabbit if you have purchased your device in Canada you can use the Samsung wallet app in Canadian phones only.

Can you please let us know from where did you purchase the device?

Thank you all, I bought the product from UAE, and i dont live there. So just to understand if this works, if i buy a UAE Sim card i will be able to download the app and activate it, then i can remove it and app will continue to work?

You'd have to use UAE Debit / Credit cards in order for Samsung Wallet to work.

Google Pay should work for you though.
