Ok it's clearly a Samsung message app bug and not anyones provider. Fix the bug. How many people reported the EXACT same issue to you already.

This is 100% a problem on the Samsung side. It happens a lot when connecting to a VPN service, even if messages is in the white list, when you connect to the VPN you are disconnected from RCS
