Galaxy SYeah, I think that you want to be contacting your Carrier. Samsung has nothing to do with your Carrier plan.

Galaxy SYeah, I was actually trying to reply to SusanaAbrogena's post, which is definitely a Carrier issue & not Samsung's.
As for the chats in French, you could always screen shot them & translate the images with Google Translate, to see if it's actually Spam?

Galaxy SHi, please clear cache of messaging app and then try We care support again.
Tap on settings >> Show system apps >> Tap on messaging app >> Click on storage >> clear cache.
