When I first text wecare it worked now I tried texting many times yet nothing happened. The representative online tried connecting me remotely and failed twice and started spamming the chat. Really weird

I just wanted to to changed my plan, spoke with someone, after changed the plan, he asked me to turn off my cellphone so that it will be effective. now my voice-mail has been changed to French language! I called the technical support, she couldn't help me!

Yeah, I think that you want to be contacting your Carrier. Samsung has nothing to do with your Carrier plan.

Nothing wrong with my carrier. Texts work with everyone else just texting wecare doesn't work. All my other online chats are fine just samsung starting spamming me with French stuff. Don't know what it says cause can't read French

Yeah, I was actually trying to reply to SusanaAbrogena's post, which is definitely a Carrier issue & not Samsung's.

As for the chats in French, you could always screen shot them & translate the images with Google Translate, to see if it's actually Spam?

I got no issues with my carrier. Everything works fine. They told me contact Samsung cause everything works fine on their end

Hi, please clear cache of messaging app and then try We care support again.

Tap on settings >> Show system apps >> Tap on messaging app >> Click on storage >> clear cache.
