Galaxy SHello, I purchased a demo Samsung Galaxy S23 device at a low price from official sellers. They immediately warned me that the device doesn't have an IMEI and needs to be reflashed for me to be able to use it for calls. Can you advise on how to reflash (reboot) the phone?

Galaxy SI haven't heard of this before, but if they are saying that the device needs to have the Stock Samsung Firmware Flashed, you need to Download & Install The Samsung Firmware, Samsung's USB drivers & Odin to your computer.
Put the phone into Download Mode & Flash the Firmware on the phone with Odin.
I'm pretty surprised that any retailer would sell you a device like that.
I'm also not 100% sure that Flashing the Firmware would do anything about a non existent IMEI, as that should be imbeded in the device.

Galaxy SOP bought a demo phone that is used only for demo purposes.
Even if flashing any firmware on it, official or not, it won't add back an IMEI.
An IMEI number is linked to the device itself and not the firmware.
Also, the reason why a demo unit is cheaper is because a lot of them, if not all of them, don't have the internal antennas for calls and mobile plans. Only wifi.
