Do you mean the Notification Pull Down Panel or the QS Tiles?

Yes, if you look the pictures it's on notification pull down panel. The only option in the device control button is smartthings and google Home. It was interesting to add Alexa and Habitat in this device control button.

Just for future reference, it's not a "control" area, it's called the Notification Panel Pull Down.

I just installed Amazon Alexa on my S20 Ultra & Amazon Alexa is there for me.

Try Uninstalling & Reinstalling Amazon Alexa, and make SURE to grant All the requested Permissions & Reboot.

For further reference. He is not talking about the Notification Panel Pull Down.

He is talking about the "Device Control" within the Notification Quick Panel Pull Down.

From your screenshot. Looks like you still didn't have Alexa set up into the "Device Control".

That's because I don't use Alexa in Device Control. I am however using Smart Things.

To be honest with you. SmartThings is super limited supported device list. My tv, door lock, home/room lights, smart plugs, etc... all can work with google home and amazon alexa app but not with SmartThings at all.

The "Device Control" Quick Menu Shortcut Button allow me to use Google Home to control all of my home devices with just one finger within a second, is a genius idea. This unique Samsung feature working with Google Home alone got me stuck with Samsung phone for many years although I don't have a single SmartThings' device. Because all of my devices work with Google Home.

However, I still can't figure out a way how to add Amazon Alexa into the "Device Control>Manage apps" menu.

You are missing out if you have been only using SmartThings without Google Home combined.
