Did anyone got the instructions for the Trade-in returns?

Still didn't receive any instructions until now.

Last year October, I traded in my Note 10 for s23U on the website of Samsung Canada, I experienced the same procedure as what I got in the US. The procedure is that : 1. When making an order online, I selected the option of trade-in, then following instructions added needed information of my old Note10, and after verification, the system displayed the trade-in value for refund.. 2. I paid the full price for my new s23u, and the system noticed me that I would receive a mail-in box in a couple of weeks for me to mail out my Note10.. 3. I received my new phone on the next day, and a week later I received the mail-in box with post paid . 4. I placed my note10 into the box and mailed out. 5. Couple days later I received my refund in my credit card. Seems to me its simple and convenient, I have done trade-in with Samsung and Apple many times already.

Did you get a notification about a refund and how to return it after you traded in your old stuff when you purchased your new s24u?

Mine was different they estimated it online and deducted it to the total amount. So I only paid the remaining balance.

I received the trade in instructions via email yesterday. It's simple enough to follow and the delivery is prepaid with FedEx.

Ohh cool. Did u send it already? Do u need to return the cable charger as well?
