It's been 7 years of samsung users asking samsung to turn off "view all" in text messages. It makes it so much harder to use the app and has caused users to switch to different apps. With Messages not being present in the app stores we can't leave a review to the developer directly either. Please just remove this feature
Samsung should understand that this "view all" feature which cannot be disabled, is turning large swathes of users away from the Samsung Messaging app. Not only that, because of integration features with Samsung hardware such as watches, the inability to disable "view all" also means many users will be deterred from Samsung smartwatches as some of the advantages of integration disappear when you can't use the whole suite of Samsung apps.
User's do not appreciate being handheld this way. Just because Samsung thinks there is some advantage in forcing users to have to click an extra button to view all of a message does not mean users are going to accept it. They will just move away from Samsung apps instead. Does Samsung want us to use their apps or not? This is the question Samsung needs to ask itself.
