Is it possible to use a physical SIM card for call and sms, an eSIM for data on samsung S24 ultra,how to setup?

I guess that if you have a physical SIM with your "Home" Carrier for calls, but when you travel & want to use Mobile Data locally, you would want to use the eSIM for international travel & local Carrier.

I have a data only simcard

Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager and see if you can select the physical SIM for Data & eSIM for calls.

In your original post, you wanted to know if you could use a physical SIM for Calls & SMS.

Then you said that you have a Data Only Physical SIM card.. Am I missing something? 

You should speak to your Carrier & arrange for the services you want for both the Physical SIM & eSIM.

I went to Samsung customer service and they couldn't do anything about the new system
