Galaxy SGo to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM.
Your phone doesn't support Dual Physical SIM, but you can use one Physical SIM & one eSIM.

Galaxy SHi FilipeCarrilho, as suggested by the RedDogRabbit you can use one Physical SIM & one eSIM. Also please follow the below link to learn more about it.

Galaxy SIf it's a Canadian S23, ie: SM-S911W then it has a SIM card slot for one Physical SIM & eSIM.

Galaxy SYes, I know how it works, but thanks.
I was just stating that if the OP's device (SM-S911W) is a Canadian model (which it should be since they purchased it from Telus), that it has a SIM card slot for one Physical SIM & it also has eSIM.
I know that my S23 Ultra has the same SIM setup as their S23.
In my case, I just need to use the QR Code included with my device to activate the eSIM.
