So, the Duolingo app is not working. When I open it, it gets stuck on the duolingo screen and I won't go to the lesson screen. What could that be?
Not that it makes any difference, but you have a US device.
More importantly, it's running Android version 9.
As I previously mentioned, Duolingo says that it supports Android version 10 and up.
So, it's not a device issue, it's just that Duolingo is not compatible with the Android version running on your S8.
