So, the Duolingo app is not working. When I open it, it gets stuck on the duolingo screen and I won't go to the lesson screen. What could that be?

Samsung Galaxy S8, or Tablet?

If it's a Galaxy S8, the app requires Android 10 or above to work. 

Is it a new installation, or was it working previously? 

If it was working previously, you could eight Clear Cache for the app, or Clear Both Cache & Data, or Uninstall & Reinstall the app.

It was working previously, so I had to clear the cache.

No, it is still not working after Clearing the Cache. It's happening today.

Then you could Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the app, or Uninstall / Reinstall... Not an app that I use, but it works for me on my S23 Ultra One UI V6.1.

Even after I cleared both cache and data and opened it, it works, but then when I try to sign it, it does not work again.
It still gives me the same problem.

What is the model number of your device, ie: SM-xxxxx? 

What Android / One UI version is running on your device? 

I don't think that it's a device issue though, maybe a permissions, or app issue. 🤔
