Email notifications sound settings

I've checked all the notifications, sound settings, and sound settings, and for some reason, the Samsung S22+ Galaxy Smartphone sound settings aren't working on emails (Samsung email app). Thanks

Sometimes, technology drives me crazy. For some reason, YT music 🎶 wouldn't play with sound, but I figured out that media volume was at 0%.
