Hi whitemamba, that's not enough info for us to help. Are both email addresses on the same domain? (I.e. both @hotmail.com, or both @your company.com?) if so, try completely deleting the bad address from your phone, then recreate the account. If they're separate domains, it could be temporarily down, or perhaps it requires special setup, or even pre-authorization from your IT department if it's a work email. If it is a work email, you may be able to access it via OWA. If there's a website that you can go to that gives you a web-based version of Outlook, that's OWA. It won't work with most email programs, but do a search for OWA apps, and try one of those. I'm trying to think of options off the top of my head. I could be way off base, since I don't actually have any details from you.

Hey @whitemamba, as @cnewell74 mentioned, could you please provide more information about the issues you are having? Thanks!
