S24 receive daily multiple emails. Unscribed and put to spam folder doesn't help. They all come back to inbox.

Are you using Samsung's email or Gmail, or?

Some subscriptions will say that after you cancel the subscription, you may still receive some, as they say it takes time for "unsubscribe" to take effect.

If you use Gmail, you migh t be able to block the sender as well, or mark it as Spam until you stop receiving them.

Hi Archie1,

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Block Senders: Open the unwanted email, tap the menu, and select Block Sender. This ensures future emails from that address are automatically filtered.

Strengthen Spam Filters: In your email app settings, check if there are options to increase spam protection or create custom rules to filter specific domains.

Webmail Settings: Log in to your email account through a web browser (e.g., Samsung email). Many providers offer advanced spam controls online that may not be visible in the mobile app. Adjusting filters at the server level can be more effective.

Sync Settings: Go to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Manage Accounts and confirm your email account is syncing properly. Sync issues can sometimes prevent spam rules from applying correctly.

Thank you, Haisley.
It's my wife's phone I'm helping her with. Thanks for your choices to fix the problem but no luck. She's going to either go to Roger's or Samsung store supports.

You could just switch to Gmail 😉

With Gmail, you can:

Unsubscribe, Block or Report Spam.

If you Report it as Spam, it goes into the Spam folder, so Blocking unwanted emails makes the most sense.
