Galaxy SHi there,
Ever since my phone (S22+) updated to android 13 in Dec I can’t use my eSim. It worked fine in Nov in the UK but same phone, same eSim in UK in Dec didn’t work. It connected to the network (I could see the 5 bars in the upper right) but no mobile data was available.
Same thing in US in January and recently in Geneva. I’ve tried resetting everything, deleted eSim, etc… I travel often and one of the biggest reasons I upgraded to a S22+ was the eSim.
Anyone know what’s going on or if there’s a fix?

Galaxy SHi, as you have mentioned that you have tried everything, have you performed factory reset on your device but still the issue is there?

Galaxy Syes, i have the same problem. i dont know how fix it 😛
