I have been a loyal Samsung customer for a few decades and am extremely let down.i purchased the S21 5G mostly for the ear buds and now they are gone??? I feel like I wasted my hard earned money on a new phone that is in limbo and ear buds that will never be?? Super let down and upset. No e voucher to be found and from what I am seeing I am not the only one....why promote something if you have no intention of having enough for all. 

I should have stayed with my old device and saved myself the ridiculous fees and headaches. Now I am paying more a month for a useless plan and excessive fees for the new device whenever it arrives....I should have not wasted my time and energy on this scam.

Hoping they release new vouchers but not holding my breath.

Hey...take your time and your breath...it happen to any Company to get out of stock sometimes, they will  be back in the warehouse soon. They sold more than expect !

 

Are you able to see the E-voucher under the "Benifits section" in the Samsung members application installed on your new device. Please make sure you entered the SIM card and the device is activated. Also, please make sure you have added a Samsung account on the device.

Could you please try again and check if you have followed the below steps correctly.
1. You MUST have your new S21 series device active.
2. Open the Members App on your new device.
3. From the main “Explore” page, scroll down to the "Benefit Section" in the Members App & click on the banner.
It will open up this detailed banner.
You need to click on “Download Coupon”.
4. You should use the blue button to copy the code to clipboard and then click on “View where to use” link below to go directly to Samsung.com where you can choose your Gift.
you need to download the link for the coupon... look in pic! then you give your IEMI number and follow steps)

I just finally got my new phone and have activated it and still no e voucher to be seen...sadness :(

I am in the same exact scenario as you. Just got my phone after being delayed until now, and now evouchers are all gone. Did you ever get any response from Samsung in this?

you have until February 28 to redeem. so just keep checking to see if there back in stock.

If Samsung is out of stock, I don't think that it's the customer's responsibility. Samsung should definitely extend the date until they have the item in stock.

Offering promotions as an incentive to purchase, and then not being able to meet the demand, isn't the customer's problem.
