Hi, we suggest you try these steps .
At the top right corner, you will see a menu icon.
Click on it.
1. Under the Privacy section, click on Profile and Tagging.
2. Next, click on “Allow others to share your posts to their story”.
3. Click on NO to disable the sharing feature.
4. Next, go to your Facebook profile and select the disable share button.
5. Click on the three dot icon you can see at the top right corner and select edit post privacy. Select friends this will allow only your friends this allow only your friend to view and share your posts.

If you click Create Post, click on Friends button that I showed on screenshot. Then choose Only Me.

This will not share the post, but you are the only one to see it. Is this what you ask for?Screenshot_20220715-200810_Facebook.jpgScreenshot_20220715-200818_Facebook.jpg

People create posts and theirs are not shareable.... mine were never shareable, and all if a sudden, they are. I haven't made any changes or changed settings. Screenshot_20220716-081731_Facebook_20110_1657973874.jpg

I don't get what you mean by not shareable. If you create a post with Only Me to see the post, then the **bleep** is not shareable. Just change the post to Only Me for viewing.
