Forgot Private Mode Password

how I can access to the files on private mode I forgot the password?
I have look on the clouds and memory and i can not find them. must be away to access to that files save under private mode.

I don't think there is any way of accessing them without the password.

You can try moving the encrypted private folder/s to an external SD card and hope they show up as unencrypted
Sometimes the encryption is on the container...not on the files.

You might also be able to register your fingerprint to be able to change your backup password.

Or if none of that works....back up your files, hope it backs up your secure folder stuff too and do a factory reset.

Only thing I can think of is contact samsung to verify your identity and maybe....they can somehow reset your password for you.
Its a long shot though..
