Dear, Samsung

Everyone is very upset at the best shortcut you took off majorly of your devices. I believe as everyone in this community believes yall should bring it back. It saves data, battery an hastle from going into settings. From it being a 1 sec solution takes a minute. If yall are to update all devices again you definitely should bring back that one simple shortcut for all of your reliable customers. Especially when Apple still had it.

Which device you using? OneUI 2.0 already bring back Data icon.

And One UI V3.0 brought back the mobile hot spot.

If you have a phone that isn't running One UI V2.0, you can still add the mobile data toggle using adb. But you're right it's ridiculous that Samsung removed it!

Hey WolfHelton0617,
Could you please provide us the model number of the device, android version and One UI version?
Go to Settings> About the phone> Model number/Software information> One UI version and Android version.

What is the model number of your device?

The Mobile DJ Toggle should be in your QS Tiles.

If you don't see it, Pull the QS Tiles all the way down & Click on the 3 dot menu top right to edit the QS Tile Buttons. Mobile Data Toggle should definitely be there.

Yeah, I still don't see it. My model number is SM-G991U. And as you can see from the screenshots, it really isn't anywhere. Which is odd, since I have mobile hotspotScreenshot_20220422-072519_Samsung Members.jpgScreenshot_20220422-072515_Samsung Members.jpgScreenshot_20220422-072510_Samsung Members.jpg

You know that your S21 is an American Galaxy S21?

SM-G991U is American & SM-G991W would be the Canadian version.

Are you in Canada, or the US?

Also, which Carrier is your SIM from?

This is likely why you don't have the Mobile Data Toggle in your QS Tiles.

But regardless of where you are located, you should still be able to enable the Mobile Data Toggle with adb.

Let me know if you need help with this.
