Galaxy SThe Lockscreen Shortcuts will (Should anyway) be using the colour of your Icons. So if you are using a Theme and your Icons are white, or if you are using something like Colour Inversion in Settings > Accessibility then that would change the colour of the Lockscreen Shortcuts.
