Galaxy S20 Lock Screen Shortcuts

Curious why the shortcuts on my lockscreen are just white. Where I see other people's phone app shortcut are green, and flashlight is blue. What setting do I have different?

The Lockscreen Shortcuts will (Should anyway) be using the colour of your Icons. So if you are using a Theme and your Icons are white, or if you are using something like Colour Inversion in Settings > Accessibility then that would change the colour of the Lockscreen Shortcuts.

For the recent phones, the lockscreen shortcuts of some samsung apps will be white and slightly transparent. But for phones that run one UI 1.x and 2.x (not sure for the 3.x) they will have the same colour of the app in the home screen

I am on One UI 4.1 and Android 12 the colour of the icons change only when I put it on a high contrast theme. I am just on the default theme and dark mode.

If the colour of the icon does does not have the same color as in the first screenshot (default theme), so you might check, as @RedDogRabbit, if you're using colour inversion or any other "improved visibility" setting

this is the normal display of icons on the lock screen, so you don't have any different setting
