Galaxy SWhat is the model number of your device, and what Region are you in?
"4G" What Carrier?
Do you mean the Data Icon on the Status Bar or QS Tiles, it sounds like you are referring to the QS Tiles / Quick Settings Panel?
Can you post a screen shot similar to mine?

Galaxy SOkay, you are talking about the Data Icon on the Status Bar.
Do you actually have a Mobile Data connection?
You could also try Powering Off your device, and remove & reinsert the SIM card.
You can also try going to Settings and Search for "Reset" and Reset your Network Connections & Reboot ⚠️ You will need to know your WiFi Password BEFORE you Reset your Network Connections ⚠️
What is the model number of your device?
Can you post a screen shot of your Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks?

Galaxy SOpen it up and launch QuickStar then tap on "visibility of indicator icons"
Make sure mobile and IMS are toggled on.

Galaxy SMobile Data Icon is there, just no notification for LTE / 4G / 5G etc, so I don't think that it's a Toggle in Good Lock QuickStar.

Galaxy SFigured that it could really only be one of a couple of things, Resetting Network, or Remove & Reinstall the SIM.
Glad to hear that it's working properly now 👍🏻😊
