Galaxy SI've already mentioned the issue to the Techs at Samsung store.
Theu said they will take a look at it after they fix the screen.

Galaxy SSamsung's customer support is nothing but a joke, and the worst part is that "In Ontario, Canada" they partnered with a third party company that is absolutely disgusting which they ask you to wait for their Box to reach to your address, then you have to take that box and send it back to them and wait for them to send the device back to you.
It use to be easier when you could just take your phone to the nearest Samsung repair center and get going within few hours instead of waiting for 1 week to get your device back.
Very unprofessional by Samsung.

Galaxy SAfter taking my phone to Samsung for repair.
They reset the phone. But it's still not working fine the way it use to before the update.

Galaxy SHi. Was wondering if the issue raised by Assyrian was resolved... been on the fence whether or not to update to Android 13... got the phone just a few days ago... Or should I wait for a couple more months perhaps? Thanks.

Galaxy SStill having issues with my phone.
Samsung store erased everything twice and the phone is still lagging. Went there the third time, they said the phone is working fine and they don't see any issues with it.
Some apps don't work properly the way they did before the Update.
One thing I know for sure is that I'm not buying any Samsung devices anymore.

Galaxy SPhone freezing, lagging and sometimes the screen doesn't unlock... Also, some apps are crashing for no reason.
