Wifi calling has to be activated by your carrier. Once this is done you should have the option

Please check if your carrier supports Wi-Fi Calling. Wi-Fi Calling must first be activated by your carrier. Once it's enabled on their end, the option should automatically appear in your phone's Settings > Connections menu.

If you're not seeing the toggle, we recommend contacting your carrier to confirm that Wi-Fi Calling is supported on your plan and properly provisioned for your device.
