The Camera setting menu on my Galaxy S9 will not stay open when in the camera so I can change settings. it instantly closes itself. I have tried it in all camera modes (Photo, Pro, Video, etc...) I have also tried the settings menu in the APP in the main settings panel and still can not change my camera settings. It lets me change the setting for the app but not the camera settings.
My Software info is (One UI Version 2.5, Android Version 10, Kernel Version 4.9.186-21635681)
I am not sure if the problem is based on a software update or if anyone else is having this issue but I would appreciate any suggestions, solutions, or information that may fix the problem.
Hi Jammer19, did you try to restart your device and check if that works? However, could you also tell us if you have installed any application recently?
