Galaxy SDo you know what website it's trying to open, that COULD be the issue? If it's a page with analytics, and you have Ad-Blockers or VPN etc, that could also be the problem.
I know that if I have my Ad-Blockers enabled, and I try to open some sites from an email, ie: Mobilesyrup, I'll just get a blank page, because my Ad-Blockers are denying access to Mobilesyrup's analytics.
You can also try Clearing Cache & Data for Chrome.
Works perfectly on my device.

Galaxy SWell I can assure you that it definitely is NOT a Samsung device issue.
Clearing BOTH Cache & Data is usually a more complete solution though.
