I use the google discover on my phone, but when U try to swipe its not letting me, when I use samsung news insted, it works. Problem with the new UI 6. Also there's a page you cant remove. The trash icon appears for a sec and wont let you remove the page, What I ended up doing was, placing all the widgets I had on another page there, and erase the pher page.

Hi, I request you to please follow the below steps once and check again.

Here is the path:

Power the device off.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.

Navigate with the Volume keys to the wipe cache partition option and press the Power key to select.

Performing a wipe cache partition removes any temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device.

Nice, it worked 🥳 it solved both problems.
Btw, to do the wipe cache partition, you have to just turn off the device and then hold the power button and the volume up key, not both volume keys, just the up volume key and the power button until the samsung logo appears, if you press both it take you to another menu in green and is to install another OS or something like that I read.
But thanks 😁 it worked.

nonsense.

pressing power and vol+ do absolutely nothing. they just boot the phone with no difference whatsoever.

would be advisable to post proper information or post nothing at all.

The problem still exists - this time after the latest UI update.
Wiping the cache partition can be achieved but the phone needs to be connected with a usb cable to a PC (then you can PWR & VOL+).
However clearing the partition didn't solve the problem, and Google Discover still is not available.

Great job: releasing an untested updated and screwing up users' phones. How do I roll back?
