Galaxy SI'm not sure if you're referring to the fact that Canada does not participate in the Betas, or that it is delayed?
But, I understand why Canada doesn't get the Betas, and it makes sense to me.
There's over 180 countries on the planet, and only 7 countries are included in the Beta program.
A former Canadian Samsung Manager said that Canada simply does not have the necessary support for the Betas.. AND.. That's aside from the fact that Samsung gets the information that it needs from the US, which has identical hardware to the Canadian models.
There's other countries with a much larger population than Canada, who also do not participate in the Betas..
If someone REALLY wants to run the Betas, you can.. You need some knowledge, but you can Flash the CORRECT US Betas on your Canadian device.
I've done it several times, you just need to know what you are doing, and ALSO EXPECT that they aren't always a smooth experience.

Galaxy SCurrently, there is no Beta to Flash.
But basically, you need download the NON Beta US firmware to your computer, and use Patched Odin to Flash the NON US Beta firmware first.
Then you need to download the US Beta firmware to your computer, and adb sideload it to your phone. You have to install the US Betas in the correct sequence.
Once you have the US Betas installed on your phone, you'll need to Flash the Canadian CSC to your phone to enable Carrier services, ie: WiFi Calling, etc.
Once the Canadian One UI V7.0 is available, you'll need to switch your phone back to the Canadian NON Beta Firmware to get the Canadian OTAs.

Galaxy SYeah I agree 100%, but I think that Samsung's concern revolves around the "support" available in Canada, for those who end up needing it.
I mean, we know that it's top notch in Canada... right..
