Question about Samsung s24 ultra

Hello Samsung family, I have two questions about Samsung s24 ultra, and hopefully there is anyone can help me. 

1. I bought my phone in the US, but I live in Canada. And I connot add my Canadian visa and debit card into Samsung pay. I called the customer service, they said there is no way to fix this problem. Because of policy. Does any one know who to fix it, or how to add Canadian card into the Samsung pay? 

2. When I was going to add my cards into Samsung pay, Samsung elector charged me 0.20 CAD, I don't know why, can I able to get refund? Does anyone have same experience or issues that would like to share with me? 

Please help me, if you willing to. I appreciate everyone's time and help.

Samsung wallet is region specific.

Earlier i had s23 ultra and it was indian unit. I changed region in samsung account. Still i was not able to add canadian cards.

In that case.... try Google wallet.

Thank you for your response. I called Samsung service. They said they charged the money for adding card into Samsung pay. And it not able to refound.

Also, I told them, they should improve the system that allows any countries ' card can add into Samsung pay. No matter where did they buy.

There is no charge for adding card in samsung pay/wallet.

Hi lololala,

Yes as said by Dawandeep, Samsung Wallet is country specific and will only work for the country where it was first registered.

Unfortunately, you cannot register Samsung wallet in a country other than where the phone was purchased.

#1 Yeah you can't add Payment Cards to Samsung Wallet, if you purchase it in a different country. 

#2 Never heard of that before.. Maybe contact Samsung support.. but good luck with that.
