Is there a way to use google Map 3d satellite. when I'm selecting 3d it turns back to default mode from satellite in s24 ultra.

Same happens to me.

But if I select satellite it has a 3D look in that it's not looking straight down but from a slight angle. So tall buildings have a bit of a side view to them. This is only for some areas.

Do you want 3D when navigating? If just for viewing Google Earth is impressive.

It is the Google that doesn't want but there are alternative apps to do this

I don't have an issue with the 3D satellite view on my S23U. Attached are pictures showing the version of the Google map installed on my phone. Check on your version and try to get the latest one.
The screenshot shows the icon which is used to switch to satellite 3D street view. 1708975655285.jpg1708975655301.jpg

That's not exactly 3D.

This is 3D.

Yes. It's 3D satellite view, and a screenshot I took was 3D street view. Here are more.
I normally don't set my Google map as 3D satellite view, but as needed I do switch to 3D satellite street view with the selected location.1708981186974.jpg1708981187004.jpg1708981187021.jpg

I'm thinking that it's a Google Maps limitation, and nothing to do with the device you are using.

I saw a YouTube video where the guy was running Google Maps on Android and he said to use a two finger swipe to adjust the 3D view. I tried but it doesn't do anything. Is this an actual feature?
