Is a certificate for FindMyMobile feature. If you lost the phone, then you use Find My Mobile feature to look for your phone. After locate your phone through Find My Mobile service, it will create a secure connection (encrypted) between your phone and the service. To secure the connection, it rely on this certificate to build a trust relationship between your phone and service. Therefore, do not remove it, or it won't let you remove it. I recommend leave it for good. 🙂
