Galaxy SI pre-ordered a SS22 Ultra and been waiting since March 04th.
It has been a month and a half and no sight of the phone. Been calling customer support twice weekly and was told I can't cancel as part of terms and conditions but this is ridiculous, isn't it?
Any advise?

Galaxy SBest advice is to just wait. You could open up a can of worms by cancelling and then dealing with it shipping and returning it back and not getting your refund because it's in limbo and everything else.
I pre-ordered on Feb 9th, announcement day and didn't receive my phone until March 30th. Many members here also experienced this with the delay as you can find if you do a search on "delays". It's frustrating and we can all relate but the best advice is just wait. It will arrive. It will just take a while.
