Is there a way to recover text messages back someone deleted all text messages that were not to be deleted

that's weird how you aren't able to restore your data. Does an error message pop up when you try to restore your messages? Is your phone signed in to your Samsung account?

So, does restoring the backup fails or does the message you are looking for are still missing?

Could this be a cloud storage issue where They have gone over their limit, therefore nothing new is backed up? Hence why no messages 🤷‍♂️
