The Link Speed or the UL/DL speeds? For the first, please long-press the WiFi icon in the notifications panel, then select the Settings icon besides your currently connected WiFi. The link speed will appear.

Otherwise, please use a network speed testing app.

Use your samsung browser and visit fast.com, no need to install any app. This is from netflix.
