Galaxy SThey will be forced to update to One UI V6.0 eventually. You can only delay available Android version updates for a limited time.
Not to mention that they will lose the Security Patch Updates received.
It's better to adapt to the new One UI version, then try to avoid the inevitable.
The only way around it, if you could unlock the Bootloader, which you can NOT, and Flash a Custom Rom.
Forgot to say that if there's been a Bootloader version update, then it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to revert back to a previous version of the Firmware.
