I can't turn this off on my s22 ultra, no matter how many times I re-setup my pin. So right now everytime I enter my pin to unlock screen, I must press ok.
I searched everywhere and it says when you set up your pin, there's an option to check off before the setup "confirm without tapping ok" but I do not see this option to checkoff at all. Help!

Resolved: Due to my work profile installed on the phone, it blocked seeing the option to turn off 'ok' to unlock, so I had to uninstall the company portal work profile, restarted, setup pin again, and I can check off 'turn off tapping ok', then reinstall work profile. Now I don't have to press ok on lock screen to unlock when inputting in the pin.

Try changing your PIN to a new one temporarily & You should then see "confirm without tapping".

Then switch it back to the PIN you want to use & you should see "confirm without tapping" again.

Just tried, entered a brand new set of #s, and went back to redo with old pin I want to use, I don't see the option still.

When you tried the brand new PIN, you didn't see the "confirm without tapping"?

Can you post a screen shot of the screen (just use something like "0000" for the screen shot).

Here is 3 screenshots, first one to enter a new pin, second to confirm. And there is not option to check off anything. Once I hit ok(next), it just says pin backed up. Hi, we would like to suggest you follow these steps:

Settings app >> Lock screen >> Screen lock type >> Enter your pin >> PIN >> re-type your PIN to use as the "new" pin, and tick the "Confirm PIN without tapping OK" checkbox. Continue and re-type your pin again.

It'll auto confirm, and then your lock screen will automatically unlock once you enter the correct PIN.

Please try these steps and keep us posted if your issue is resolved.

There's no such step to tick 'confirm pin without tapping ok' check box. See screenshots Screenshot_20220704-151302_Settings_26303_1656969211.jpgScreenshot_20220704-151255_Settings.jpgScreenshot_20220704-151230_Settings.jpg

I am using S22U as well. I do have the option. I am thinking maybe your theme not showing it. Try switch to default theme. Then set your pin again. Then change to your favorite theme again after.Screenshot_20220704-152652_Settings.jpg
