How to transfer pictures from Gallery to an External drive

I got a SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD 1 TB and it was going well, till I got my pictures on Gallery, I can't figure it out how to transfer a full size file.

The only way I found to actually transfer my pictures was through a backup, but that is not good, since all files as in thine size (kb) and therefore loss of quality. 

Does anyone know how to do this in a way it would do full size/quality? 

By the way, I have the S21 Ultra
